HOT SHOES DANCE

Fall Session -- Sept 8, 2008 - Jan 16, 2009 (17 weeks)

Spring Session -- Jan 19 - May 29, 2009 (18 Weeks)

· Classes can be any combination of Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyric, Hip Hop & Childrens.

· Rates apply to the same person taking more than one class or to members of the same family. (For example: 1 student taking 2 classes a week would pay a total of $555; and 2 sisters each taking 1 class a week would also pay $555.)

· All students must be enrolled in a class and come under the regular tuition schedule listed below. There is no single class fee & Hot Shoes does not pro-rate tuition.

· Tuition rates listed below are for a single session, not for the entire year.

1 class.....................$290
2 classes.................$555 (5% savings)
3 classes.................$785 (10% savings)
4 classes.................$1045 (10% savings)
5 classes.................$1305 (10% savings)
Unlimited.................$1465

· Students who are in fall sports and who need to postpone starting dance classes until the first week of November must register and pay for the class in person at registration or by phone or email and mail in payment no later than September 10. Tuition for November starts is $190 per class (no multiple class discounts).

Payment Terms

· ONE REGISTERED CLASS
PAYMENT IN FULL
of that session’s tuition by the FIRST CLASS of that session.


· SECOND REGISTERED CLASS
OR 2nd FAMILY MEMBER
may be paid in two monthly installments

Installment Plan Due Dates
Fall Session: Oct 1 and Nov 1
Spring Session: Mar 1 and Apr 1

All payment plans must be approved by Ms. Casagrande.

Hot Shoes does not pro-rate tuition.

Students who have not paid for their initial class
may not attend class.

NO REFUNDS

Credit card payments can be processed either in person or by phone or email.  If by phone or email please include type of card, name of cardholder, card number, expiration date and code (see back of card).
